Job Overview:
Responsible for the sales, installation, and repair of swimming pool and related equipment for both residential and commercial customers. Provide exceptional service by interacting with Leslie's customers, offering expert recommendations, and delivering clear guidance. Work closely with the Service Manager to uphold and exceed all company guidelines, policies, and procedures. Deliver superior customer service and high-quality workmanship on every job.
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 /Hourly
Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Responsibilities:
Service Technicians are expected to deliver outstanding customer service, uphold the highest professional and ethical standards, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Team members must maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance and consistently follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and safe driving/workplace practices.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot swimming pool, spa, fireplace, and other applicable equipment in response to customer service requests.
* Perform high-quality repairs, verify proper equipment functionality, and provide customers with guidance on care and maintenance.
* Organize and manage daily service routes for optimal efficiency while responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Accurately complete all required service reports, invoices, and documentation.
* Repair of motors, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, copper plumbing, galvanized plumbing.
Qualifications:
* Hold a valid 01, 07, or 07B electrical license (if applicable).
* Have a valid driver's License with clean M.V.R
* Strong understanding of water chemistry and pool/spa-related chemicals.
* Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
* Ability to lift and carry equipment and tools as required.
