HVAC Install Lead

• Experienced and Proficient in installing HVAC equipment (3+years experience preferred)
• Refrigeration line brazing/ sheet metal transition building proficiency.
• Install All HVAC comfort systems including: duct design, install layout, and full fabrication.
• Perform full system startups on all systems including zoning installations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to talk about the install with customers.
• Able to preform full system startups on all systems.
• Able to fabricate multi-kick transitions, offset fittings, and base cans.
• Leadership to allow trainees to grow and develop.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Clean driving record.
• Be comfortable with and physically able to safely help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work in tight corners, and in all weather conditions.
