* Lead and coach sales staff on renewals and account management to retain and grow enrollment while ensuring proper resource allocation
* Demonstrate understanding of all markets, comply with price and sales budgets, and maintain working knowledge of Regence systems and Salesforce
* Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong listening, reasoning, and team collaboration abilities
* Build and maintain strong external relationships while coaching the team and holding them accountable to do the same
* Stay current on marketplace developments to identify trends and solutions, serving as a role model for solution selling behaviors
* Represent the company in the community at professional meetings and may serve on external Boards
* Drive account strategy with strong execution, market-facing messaging, and ability to deliver tough messages effectively
