As a part-time (31.5 hours)
Assistant Store Manager at Williams Macquarie
, you’ll support the Store Manager to take the store to the next level by driving sales, coaching your team and creating a standout store experience. You’ll be hands‑on, people‑focused, and commercially sharp.

• Create memorable customer moments every day
• Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets
• Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• A passion for team development and coaching
• Strong operational skills and attention to detail
