• Create food consistent with Jersey Mike's high‑quality standards
• Maintain a noticeably cleaner restaurant than others
• Work in a fast‑paced team‑driven atmosphere
• Multitask and work with a sense of urgency
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience
• Fully understand the terms accountability and information

• High school degree or equivalent
• 1 year QSR experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
• Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler
• Reliable transportation

• Excellent menu and product knowledge, awesome personality
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Desire to improve self and skill sets
• Effective communication with guests, awesome personality
• Participation in all Jersey Mike's training programs
• Ability to meet schedule requirements and reliability

Tips average $4–$6 an hour on top of the hourly wage.
