We have an opportunity for a 1.0 FTE internal medicine Advanced Practice Provider at our regional medical center in Issaquah, Washington. • Compensation: $136,600 - $167,000 per year

• Nurse Practitioner
• 2+ years advanced practice experience in primary care or urgent care preferred.
• Washington State Registered Nurse License and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License are required for this job.
• Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers may be required depending on the position, as well as prescriptive authority.

• Physician Assistant-Certified
• 2+ years advanced practice experience in primary care or urgent care preferred.
• This position requires Certification as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority in the State of Washington.
• Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers may be required depending on the position, as well as prescriptive authority.

$136,600 - $167,000 per year
