About the RoleSeasons Allergy Clinic is a physician‑owned, specialty allergy and immunology practice in the Seattle area. We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join our clinic in a structured, mentored specialty role focused on high‑quality outpatient care.
This position is ideal for a new graduate or early‑career NP interested in developing long‑term expertise in allergy and immunology within a supportive, physician‑led environment.
What You’ll DoOver time, the NP will provide outpatient care for patients with allergic and immunologic conditions, including:
- Follow‑up management of allergic rhinitis, asthma, and chronic urticaria
- Longitudinal care for patients on immunotherapy and biologic therapies
- Patient education, care coordination, and evidence‑based treatment planning
- Collaboration with the physician owner on complex or high‑acuity cases
Scope and autonomy increase progressively based on training milestones and competency.
Training & SupportWe offer a structured onboarding and training program, including:
- Time‑bound onboarding with defined stages and milestones
- Direct physician mentorship and regular chart review
- Clear scope of practice and escalation pathways
- Gradual transition from supervised to independent visits
- No independent practice expectations during early training
This is not a “sink‑or‑swim” role.
- Outpatient clinic only
- Predictable schedule (target ~4.5 clinic days per week)

QualificationsRequired
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- NP certification (FNP preferred)
- Eligible for Washington State licensure
- Interest in outpatient specialty care and longitudinal patient relationships
Preferred
- New graduate or early‑career NP open to structured specialty training
- Prior outpatient or primary care experience
- Strong communication skills and interest in collaborative practice
- Physician‑led practice with direct access to the owner physician
- Clear training structure and realistic expectations
- Focused specialty scope, not primary care overflow
- Emphasis on quality, safety, and sustainability
- Long‑term role in a growing private practice
