Seasons Allergy Clinic, PS | Seattle Area (Renton & Burien)

About the Role

Seasons Allergy Clinic is a physician‑owned, specialty allergy and immunology practice in the Seattle area. We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join our clinic in a structured, mentored specialty role focused on high‑quality outpatient care.

This position is ideal for a new graduate or early‑career NP interested in developing long‑term expertise in allergy and immunology within a supportive, physician‑led environment.

What You’ll Do

Over time, the NP will provide outpatient care for patients with allergic and immunologic conditions, including:

  • Follow‑up management of allergic rhinitis, asthma, and chronic urticaria
  • Longitudinal care for patients on immunotherapy and biologic therapies
  • Patient education, care coordination, and evidence‑based treatment planning
  • Collaboration with the physician owner on complex or high‑acuity cases

Scope and autonomy increase progressively based on training milestones and competency.

Training & Support

We offer a structured onboarding and training program, including:

  • Time‑bound onboarding with defined stages and milestones
  • Direct physician mentorship and regular chart review
  • Clear scope of practice and escalation pathways
  • Gradual transition from supervised to independent visits
  • No independent practice expectations during early training

This is not a “sink‑or‑swim” role.

  • Outpatient clinic only
  • Predictable schedule (target ~4.5 clinic days per week)
  • Small, collaborative, high‑functioning team
  • Competitive Seattle‑area base salary for specialty NP roles
  • Guaranteed base salary during training period
  • Productivity bonus available after training completion (E&M-based)
  • Malpractice coverage provided
  • CME allowance and paid CME time
  • Paid time off and holidays

Compensation details discussed individually after mutual interest.

Qualifications

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • NP certification (FNP preferred)
  • Eligible for Washington State licensure
  • Interest in outpatient specialty care and longitudinal patient relationships

Preferred

  • New graduate or early‑career NP open to structured specialty training
  • Prior outpatient or primary care experience
  • Strong communication skills and interest in collaborative practice
Why Join Seasons Allergy Clinic
  • Physician‑led practice with direct access to the owner physician
  • Clear training structure and realistic expectations
  • Focused specialty scope, not primary care overflow
  • Emphasis on quality, safety, and sustainability
  • Long‑term role in a growing private practice
