Position: Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level
4)
Location: Renton & Tukwila, WA (must work both locations depending on business needs)
Shift: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift (to be determined at the time of offer) - 100% onsite
- Utilize manufacturing and assembly experience in mechanical, fluids/pneumatics, electrical integration, composites fabrication, composites assembly, or machine operations for coaching, performance improvement, and problem solving in support of the Boeing Production System.
- Analyze and interpret performance and quality data to identify and mitigate the impact of changes on the production system (CMES, CORRS, PAS, EPES, TMC).
- Conduct assessments of processes and practices, and analyze data for improvement opportunities.
- Provide feedback on assessment results, identifying opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
- Assist Manufacturing & Quality managers & team leaders with Structured On-The-Job Training (SOJT) plans.
- Support training and coaching solutions to improve employee performance.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise for specific Manufacturing & Quality skills/disciplines (Workplace Coaching).
- Deliver instruction, positive modeling, and observation opportunities to help team members and employees.
- Encourage questions to ensure understanding and provide timely, appropriate feedback on performance.
- Reinforce efforts and progress; clarify expected behaviors, knowledge, and proficiency levels.
- Establish good interpersonal relationships to help team members and internal employees feel valued, appreciated, and included.
- Exert influence on overall objectives and long‑range goals of the organization.
- 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of experience with Structures Assembly, Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Assembly, and/or Final Assembly.
- Ability to work a variable shift.
- 10+ years of experience with aircraft assembly processes, performing hands‑on installation and/or assembly (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Functional Testing, Flight Line operations, Avionics, and troubleshooting.
- Commercial derivative or military aircraft maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in aircraft assembly and inspection processes.
- Experience and proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, specifications and templates.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Possess Manufacturing experience in one or more of these areas:
- Mechanical
- Fluids/Pneumatics
- Electrical Integration
- Quality Inspection
- Function Test
- Flight line Experience
This position is for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift and will be determined at the time of offer.

Summary Pay Range: $112,200 - $151,800
