Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to work directly with our customer‑facing service team both on route and in‑house. This middle‑management position oversees the service team that delivers customer service, sales, and the pick‑up and delivery of products to our customers. Responsibilities include supervising the team, hiring, training, developing and evaluating staff to ensure customers receive the highest level of service and product quality, driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from customer sites, assisting the team with lifting, carrying, and walking in and out of customer accounts, maintaining excellent customer relationships, handling contract renewals, increasing internal sales, maintaining an efficient route structure, and ensuring driver compliance.

• High School Diploma or GED;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active driver's license
• At least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification and compliance with DOT or provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Documentation of prior employment

• Experience in a sales‑related role
• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
• Training or instructor experience

A reasonable estimate of base salary ranges from $77,968 to $95,160 per year and is eligible for an annual target bonus based on performance, location, division, and company factors.
