A company is looking for a Support Technician to provide technical support and assist with client reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide first-level technical support to users through phone, email, and remote sessions
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems; escalate complex issues when necessary
Assist with creating and maintaining scripts in C# and SQL for client reports
Required Qualifications :
Experience providing technical support via phone and email in a professional environment
Some familiarity with code and scripts
Understanding of Windows OS and common networking concepts
Basic knowledge of C# and SQL for scripting and report generation
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
