A company is looking for a Business Analyst 2 to implement and optimize customer experience automation solutions using AI-powered conversation intelligence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct quality control and peer review of AI-generated insights and analytics dashboards
- Collaborate with data science teams to design and refine machine learning models for customer interaction analysis
- Deliver high-quality professional services projects aligned with scope, timelines, and ROI expectations
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of equivalent work experience in analytics, AI, or CX automation
- Hands‑on experience with AI / ML concepts for NLP and predictive modeling in customer experience
- Familiarity with contact center operations and AI / Automation for customer experience improvement
- Knowledge of database query languages and experience optimizing search through ML techniques
- Strong understanding of business strategy and data visualization for translating AI insights into actionable outcomes
