• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Must have experience in automotive domain.
• Experience with PTC Windchill exposure.
• Closely work with cross workstream, individual workstream lead, understand the business requirements/processes and develop strategic goals and objectives to achieve the deliverables.
• Captures all relationships and dependencies (functionally and technically) between various work streams and define strategy for solutioning.
• Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key objectives of requirements and cascading to the development team.
• Solution design with business administration focus.
• Help define the performance goals, metrics, and key milestones for the proposed solutions.
• Provide insights and expertise from past engagements, industry knowledge, and application knowledge.
• Leverage Supplier’s internal and alliance network to help develop innovative solutions or solve difficult solutioning problems.
• Provide long‑term guidance using internal research performed to allow flexibility in the solution design.
• Provide guidance and training to the implementation teams.
• Personal should have automotive and Windchill experience.
