Business Readiness Lead

• Business Readiness Lead that will act as the subject matter expert and the liaison between client’s dealerships, divisions and project teams during the rollout and adoption of a new application. Gather, interpret, and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders, teams, and divisions.
• Ability to communicate and give presentations to high level executives on progress of application rollout.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan for the full product roll-out, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in technology management, business readiness, or related roles is required.
• Strong experience in business readiness activities, such as change management, user adoption, training, and communication planning, is essential. This includes a deep understanding of the impact of technology changes on business processes and the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrated experience leading people.
• They will be responsible for learning and understanding this application and its processes to work with users on their learning and adoption of the tool..
