Overview
The HR Generalist supports day‑to‑day HR functions, ensures compliance, maintains employee records, and administers benefits. The role is a trusted employee resource, fosters a positive culture, implements policies, oversees orientation, documentation, development, and collaborates with managers. The HR Generalist leads recruiting, onboarding, retention, performance reviews, and annual goal management.

Qualifications- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
