The Overnight Supervisor will function as acting Supervisor on Duty during the nighttime. This supervisor will be supporting most areas of the hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Stewarding, Food & Beverage, and Security. The Overnight Supervisor is responsible for assisting addressing any guest and colleague concern as well as ensuring that our Hyatt brand standards are being observed by our colleagues as well as our vendors.

This position will be working closely together with multiple divisions of the hotel, and must maintain a high level of communication with the team. This position will be reporting to our Front Office Manager. This position may also be responsible for covering overnight shifts for Night Audit as needed.

• Maintain professional and healthy relationships with all departments within the hotel
• Respond to a variety of guest request with corrective analyzing and brand standards
• Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, periodically as needed.
• Lead by example and with a sense of ownership
• Quickly correct safety concerns and ensure guest and colleague safety
• Address any guest concerns while ensuring the proper follow up is delivered
• Lead the effort for colleague engagement during our night shifts

The salary range for this position is $24.00 - $31.20 per hour. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications and education. This position will also be eligible for an overnight premium for shifts starting at 10pm and hours worked through 8am.

• 2 years of Front Office Experience
• 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (preferred)
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of computers and systems.
• Successful problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate written and spoken English.
• Excellent overall communication skills.
• Able to multi-task.
