Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Instructor to join our dedicated team in Renton, WA. The Clinical Instructor will be responsible for guiding and educating students in their clinical practice by providing hands-on training, demonstrating procedures, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. The individual will also evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of progress. This is an on-site position, and candidates must be committed to fostering a positive and professional learning environment that helps students succeed in their healthcare careers.

Qualifications
  • Strong teaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide students through clinical procedures and practices.
  • Professional expertise in clinical settings, including hands-on healthcare practices and patient care delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.
  • Organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate records and manage classroom and clinical schedules effectively.
  • Familiarity with educational tools and willingness to adapt to the evolving healthcare and educational landscapes.
  • Relevant certification or professional licensure in the healthcare field is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; prior teaching experience is an advantage.
