Description
Work with patients, physicians, therapists, insurance companies and referral sources to optimize the equipment needs for clients. Obtaining necessary documentation and authorizations required for equipment coverage. Assist with clinical, sales support and home transition staff, as necessary. Assist customer service staff to coordinate respiratory-related discharges. Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules. Coordinate clinician schedules and patient set-ups, answer and route clinical staff/patient communications.

Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a caring, personable manner
- Excellent public relations and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including phone demeanor
- Ability to read written materials, PC screen, etc.
- Excellent office skills - (Microsoft Office, Docuware applications)
- Ability to learn new equipment and technologies quickly
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and over 50 lbs. occasionally to a height of 36 inches
- Previous home care experience
- Good rapport with referral agencies, physician offices, patients, etc.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
