Actikare Responsive In Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Care Aides (HCAs) with experience caring for seniors to join our award-winning team. We are a trusted provider of high-quality in-home care services, committed to ensuring our clients’ dignity, comfort, and quality of life in their own homes.

As an Actikare caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by assisting seniors with daily activities, offering companionship, and helping them maintain independence in a safe, supportive home environment.

• Competitive Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour (HCA & CNA)

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist with ambulation and mobility (in-home and outside activities such as walks or doctor’s appointments)
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and activities of daily living
  
  Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor clients and report unusual incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergency situations

• Active CNA or HCA certification in the State of Washington
  , or proof of completion/current enrollment in a training program
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
• U.S. work authorization (required)
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent bedside manner
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform required job duties

• Expected hours: 12–20 per week, with opportunities up to 40 hours
• Job Types: Full-time and Part-time
