Renton Integrated Healthy Living Centre - Shift pattern:
Monday - Tuesday 5pm-7.30pm;
Wednesday 5pm-7.24pm - Please note the salary is Pro Rata for part time hours.
- Provide an efficient, high quality domestic service to patients and staff, following a specific schedule of work relating to defined areas.
- Clean all areas of the health centre clinical and non-clinical locations, including wet mopping, vacuuming, emptying bins, replenishing supplies, cleaning fixtures and furniture, and toilet/bathroom areas.
- Maintain a flexible approach to daily routines.
- Use cleaning agents safely and in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions; may be required to use mechanical cleaning equipment in some roles.
- Wear protective clothing supplied by the Department and complete all daily/weekly sign-off sheets for areas of work.
- Ability to perform housekeeping duties to a high standard across clinical and non-clinical areas.
- Flexibility to adapt to daily routines and shift patterns.
- Commitment to safe use of cleaning products and equipment.

As from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata, with a corresponding increase in hourly rate so that pay is not affected.
This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Heath and Care Worker visa. NHSGGC is unable to provide candidates or employees with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
