. As part of LHC Group, a leading post‑acute care partner, you will oversee and direct the patient care operations of the home care facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, enhancing agency profitability, and fostering a motivated, high‑quality staff.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support the company’s immediate and long‑range objectives.
  • Oversee patient eligibility, plan services, and supervise total home health care.
  • Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and compliant policies.
  • Enhance agency profitability and retain qualified staff while assuring quality of services delivered.
  • Follow all CMS and state regulations regarding supervision of nursing services.
  • If not an RN, designate an Executive Director/Administrator or Patient Care Manager as supervising RN unless state regulations dictate otherwise.
Required Qualifications
  • Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice (or PT/OT/SLP with applicable license).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance with access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year supervisory or management experience in a home health or related healthcare setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Pay & Benefits

The salary range for this full‑time position is $71,200 to $127,200 annually, based on factors such as local labor markets, education, and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and a 401(k) contribution subject to eligibility requirements.
