Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible for Washington State ESA Certification in Physical Therapy.
Additional Compensation for Physical Therapists:
- Recruitment and Retention Stipend: 4% of Base Pay (prorated by FTE)
- Certification Stipend: 2% of Base Pay for those holding Washington State License (prorated by FTE)
- For those holding national certification through their professional organization: 5% of Base Pay (prorated by FTE)
