Landscape Designer​/Estimator

We specialize in middle‑to high‑end residential landscapes, estates, and small commercial projects—places where creativity and craftsmanship really shine.

• Meet with clients, understand their vision, and guide projects from first conversation to final walkthrough
• Listen deeply to client needs, budgets, and goals to shape thoughtful, functional designs
• Conduct thorough site analysis and develop multiple creative design solutions
• Produce quick, clear drawings—plans, sections, perspectives—to communicate your ideas
• Coordinate materials, scheduling, and project logistics
• Partner with installation crews to ensure layout accuracy, design integrity, and top‑tier quality

• A degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, or a related field.
• A portfolioshowcasingyour design thinking and past work.
• At least 5 years of experience, ideally with strong construction knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  Aspire experience is a plus.
• CADD or landscape design software skills
• Strong business math and estimating abilities
• Excellent organization and record‑keeping habits
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• A commitment to quality, timelines, and budget goals
• A valid WA driver’s license and clean driving record

• $80,000/year or DOE
