Overview

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries, creating and maintaining a vibrant community within your center. Your primary goal is to support customers' needs so they can focus on their business while you manage the day‑to‑day operations of the space.

Typical Responsibilities
  • Prepare center before opening (check equipment, ensure cleanliness, verify Wi‑Fi access).
  • Assist customers throughout the day (Wi‑Fi changes, package arrivals, meeting room setup, equipment printing, invoice clarification).
  • Charge services accurately and manage billing.
  • Handle service tickets via the service portal for issues such as temperature control, broken equipment, etc.
  • Plan and execute networking events (write e‑invitations, print posters, hand out information).
  • Coordinate with the Community Manager on weekly scheduling and event promotion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and resolve problems promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including end‑of‑day cleaning and final checks.
About You
  • Strong communicator who builds professional relationships and empathizes with customers (minimum 1 year of customer service experience).
  • Skilled at taking ownership of problems and finding solutions.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast‑changing situations.
  • Confident in using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
