New opportunity with a leading energy solutions provider! I'm working with a client who is hiring a Construction/Project Manager to lead lighting renovation projects at Boeing’s Renton Campus in Washington. This is a full-time, site-based role overseeing a 10-month construction project, with a focus on safety, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
As the on-site Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle - from mobilization through closeout - ensuring all construction activities are executed safely, on time, and within budget.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Oversee all phases of construction for lighting retrofit projects at Boeing’s Renton Campus
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with Ameresco’s safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Lead daily site coordination, including deliveries, inspections, and stakeholder meetings
- Maintain and update construction documentation in Procore (RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, etc.)
- Track and report on project progress, including daily reports and 3-week look-ahead schedules
- Coordinate and schedule equipment rentals, site services, and third-party inspections
- Ensure quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) deliverables are met across all trades
- Facilitate weekly construction meetings and generate meeting minutes
- Manage project closeout, including documentation and final inspections
- 5+ years of experience in Project or Construction Management, ideally in industrial or MEP renovation projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent field experience)
- PMP, CPM, or similar certifications preferred
- OSHA 30 certification required (OSHA 500 preferred)
- Proven experience managing $5M+ industrial construction projects, especially lighting retrofits
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and site-specific safety planning
- Proficiency in reading electrical drawings, cutsheets, and construction documentation
- Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project for documentation and scheduling
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Willingness to work on-site in Renton, WA for the duration of the project (approx. 10 months)
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
