Customer Retailer Success Intern

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Commercial organization, with a primary focus on Retailer Success. This role is designed for someone who wants to take ownership of defined business problems and build practical solutions that can be implemented immediately. Retailer Success supports how stores enter and succeed within the Wizards Play Network (WPN). We oversee the retailer application process, onboarding experience, and ongoing retailer participation.

This internship offers the opportunity to contribute directly to improving how we support and scale our retailer ecosystem. If you enjoy turning ambiguous challenges into structured plans and building solutions that others can use, this role will provide meaningful, hands‑on experience.

The Internship Experience

Hasbro’s Summer Internship Program offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a global play and entertainment company operates—paired with the opportunity to make a real impact. Interns are fully embedded on their teams and trusted to own meaningful business projects aligned to team priorities. Throughout the summer, you’ll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning.

What

You Will Do as a Customer Retailer Success Intern
  • Lead 2–3 structured projects that address clearly defined business needs, including:
    • Retailer Lifecycle Improvement – identify a friction point within the retailer onboarding or engagement process and design a practical solution, such as a process guide, toolkit, template library, or structured framework that can be implemented by the team.
    • Cross‑Functional Commercial Initiative – partner with another Commercial team (Sales, Trade Marketing, Product Management, or Business Development) to support a scoped execution challenge, such as creating a coordination model, communication guide, or implementation resource that improves alignment across teams.
    • Operational Enablement – formalize documentation, standardize internal processes, or build structured resources that improve clarity and consistency across the organization.
  • We emphasize ownership and execution. The goal is for you to leave having built something real and useful.
  • What Success Looks Like – By the end of the internship, you will have:
    • Delivered 2–3 documented, implementation-ready outputs
    • Demonstrated ownership from problem definition through solution design
    • Engaged collaborators across multiple Commercial teams
    • Presented your work and recommendations to leadership
What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications)
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree; candidates entering graduate school are welcome
  • Comfortable organizing complex information into clear structures
