Overview

Salary range will vary based on the candidate-s geographic location.
This role sits within National Channel Strategy & Partnerships and works closely with Sales & Account Management across the Northwest, Washington, and National Large Group regions to advance Kaiser Permanente-s channel strategy initiatives.
National Channel Strategy & Partnerships equips and motivates Channel Partners nationwide-including brokers, consultants, general agencies, exchanges, PEOs, and associations-to recommend Kaiser Permanente to prospects and existing clients, supporting both growth and retention.
As part of an innovative and collaborative team, the Managerial Consultant VI will help lead the development and implementation of national and regional solutions such as:
Engagement programs, Marketing and digital learning tools, Compensation strategies, Channel Partner experience enhancements
This position works across functional areas and lines of business to assess channel needs and support go-to-market strategies that drive membership growth. The role requires direct engagement with Channel Partners, travel, and close partnership with the Program Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Job Summary:
Serves as an expert consultant to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of strategic business initiatives and projects/programs across multiple functional tracks or complex work streams. Drives business strategy, organizational alignment, and prioritization of business initiatives. Leads the work of project/program team members by requesting and coordinating internal and/or external resources. Serves as a lead expert in the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state.
Manages complex, highly visible or specialized cross-functional projects/programs, and serves as a lead expert in the proactive monitoring and identification of client, project, program, and/or business risks. Designs, leads, and serves as a lead expert for change management plans associated with business initiatives. Serves as a lead expert in the assessment of strategic performance metrics to support business initiatives. Participates in vendor management as required.
Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.

Develops work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines;
coordinates, obtains and distributes resources.
