Puget Sound Educational Service District is seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator who can play a vital role in advancing high-impact programs. The Program Coordinator will coordinate program activities and action plans; monitor program standards; provide technical assistance, resources, and ongoing support. - Collaborate with others to share expertise and resources, resolve issues, implement, and maintain services and programs.
- Coordinate with external customers to develop programs, resolve issues, and maintain services.
- Coordinate a variety of on-site and off-site events, assessments, workshops, trainings, courses, etc. to ensure necessary department/program outcomes are achieved.
- Embodies the principles and practices that form our culture and commitment to becoming an Antiracist Multicultural Organization, supporting the agency’s goal of success for each child and eliminating the opportunity gap.
- Maintain a variety of manual and electronic documents, files, and records to provide up‑to‑date reference and audit trail for compliance with district, local, state, and federal regulations.
- May oversee the work of other staff to ensure program objectives are met within budget.
- Monitor program components (e.g., procedures and processes, communications, training needs, data, RFP process, grants, contracts for services, events, budgets, and expenditures) to coordinate activities and ensure compliance with established financial, legal, and administrative requirements.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, trainings, committees, etc. to receive, convey, and/or gather information required to perform functions.
- Prepare a wide variety of written materials to document activities, provide written reference, or convey information.
- Process documents and materials to disseminate information to appropriate parties.
- Provide training and/or technical assistance in assigned subject areas to support the facilitation of action plans and/or the adoption of key strategies, ensuring services are delivered in conformance with established guidelines, priorities, and needs.
- Respond to inquiries to resolve problems, provide information, and/or refer to appropriate personnel.
- Assist other personnel as needed to ensure an efficient and effective work environment.

Minimum Qualifications- Community college and/or vocational school degree with study in a job‑related area OR high school diploma with increasing levels of job‑related experience or equivalent certification for a specific industry (e.g., financial services, workers’ compensation trust, etc.).
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities, meetings, events, or projects simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating on‑site and off‑site events, workshops, training, or professional learning activities.
- Proficient in using MS Suite, Teams, Google Drive, SharePoint or One Drive, Reports, or other program‑based technologies as needed.
- Ability to prepare clear written materials such as reports, correspondence, and documentation.
