Job Description
Our client is looking for a General Ledger Accountant to join their growing team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the close process, digging into reconciliations, and contributing to accurate, timely financial reporting in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do- Prepare and post journal entries (recurring and adjusting)
- Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close
- Assist with financial reporting and account analysis
- Partner with the team on process improvements and special projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with journal entries and GL reconciliations
- Strong understanding of month‑end close
- ERP system experience (Oracle, SAP, Net Suite, etc.)
