Warehouse Associate - Weekend Shift

Grove is hiring Warehouse Associates at our Reno Fulfillment Center!

Full-time: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: $18.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential for Friday–Sunday shifts.

Full‑time roles: New hires for this position are eligible for a retention bonus of up to $400 after 90 days of employment.

Part‑time roles: New hires for this position are eligible for a retention bonus of up to $200 after 90 days of employment.

• Unload containers of product from trucks in the inbound area of the warehouse.
• Receive training to work in either the picking or packing production areas.
• When in picking or packing, meet daily performance goals and targets for customer orders using an RF scanner, pack orders quickly, securely, and efficiently, and label boxes for shipping with a computer.
• Help maintain an organized and clean warehouse and comply with OSHA and other safety regulations, following company guidelines.
• Physical requirements:
  
  stand, walk, bend, squat continuously during 12‑hour shifts; push/pull carts and lift up to 50 lbs; reach above shoulder level frequently; work in a warehouse environment with temperature variations, forklifts, large trucks, and loud noise.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to work in the United States, and willing to submit a background check.
