We're hiring for a Temp-to-Hire Forklift Operator role—an amazing opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company known for stability, growth, and taking care of its people.

Monday Friday, 9am5pm (occasional Saturdays as needed)

In this role, you'll help bring JM's core values to life by supporting daily warehouse operations, keeping things running smoothly, and contributing to a positive, safe work environment. If you're dependable, team‑oriented, and enjoy hands‑on work, you'll feel right at home here.

• Bring a strong safety mindset to work every day and get involved in plantwide initiatives
• Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Receive, store, pick, and distribute materials and products
• Keep orders accurate while meeting shipping and receiving timelines
• Maintain high standards for loading quality, housekeeping, and organization
• Maximize warehouse space and support FIFO and scrap‑reduction efforts
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and special projects
• Support all receiving and shipping functions as needed

• High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of warehouse/distribution experience
• Forklift experience required—sit‑down propane lift preferred
• Ability to load/unload flatbeds and dry vans
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Integrity and a solid work ethic
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with an appointment system

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift, push, or pull 50 lbs safely
• Repetitive use of hands; bending, stooping, kneeling
• Ability to work in hot, cold, or dusty environments
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced setting
• Comfortable working 8- or 12-hour shifts
