Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- GSR limousine driver and shuttle driver, when business demands warrant.
- Transport guests to/from airport and surrounding locations.
- Greet guests, assist them with luggage, and handle them in/out of limousine and shuttles.
- Hold a valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) and be comfortable transporting 16 or more passengers.
- Know limousine and shuttle bus functions, maintenance, safety, and proper procedures for handling wheelchair lift, temperature control, checking and maintaining fuel/fluid levels, etc.
- Be knowledgeable of hotel events/promotions to respond to guests’ inquiries.
- 21 years old or older.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret maps, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Effective verbal communication with guests and employees, including speaking and understanding English.
- Valid Nevada Commercial Driver’s License.
- Current Nevada DMV printout with no points.
- Pre-employment drug test required.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. or more; frequent lifting of supplies and equipment.
- Ability to communicate via two-way radio or cellphone.
- Excellent visual perception.
- Extensive knowledge of the Reno/Sparks area is a plus.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, and frequently change activity.
- Maintain a professional appearance and cordial attitude toward all guests and staff.
- Handle stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment.
- People oriented and able to work independently or with others.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee: must maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, team members and others. Is regularly required to sit; stand; walk and move through all areas of the casino; speak and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
May reach with hands and arms above shoulder level; bend/stoop, squat, balance, kneel, lift and push/pull. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
