** RC Willey Delivery Driver
** RC Willey is seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team and help deliver outstanding service to our customers. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for safely delivering and installing furniture, appliances, and other home products. Our drivers not only ensure timely and damage-free deliveries but also perform basic installations to guarantee customer satisfaction. ** Pay: $24.00 per hour during 3 weeks of training
**** Post Training Salary: $80.000 - $90.000/year.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Operate a box truck or other company vehicle to delivery merchandise to customers' homes
* Inspect merchandise for damage and defects prior to loading and delivery
* Load and unload heavy and bulky items safely and efficiently
* Assist with the installation of furniture, appliances, and other merchandise as needed
* Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive delivery experience
* Coordinate with the delivery office and customers to resolve any issues during delivery
* Perform other duties as assigned to support delivery operations
** Skills and Qualifications
*** Ability to lift up to 100lbs
* Able to work as a team and independently to meet goals
* Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver license and good driving history
* Drivers are required to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 90 days of employment
* Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
** Helpful but not required
*** Previous experience in delivery, warehousing, or a similar physical role
* Familiarity with basic tools and equipment for assembling or handling products
* A strong track record of providing excellent customer service
