Pool Ambassador​/Fitness Center Attendant

Overview

The Pool Ambassador/Fitness Center Attendant will be responsible for the daily operations of the Fitness Center and Pool areas to ensure that quality and service standards are met.

• Provide coverage to pool and/or fitness area as scheduled.
• Keep the pool and fitness area clean and free of debris.
• Work in assigned locations/rotations to assist guests.
• Work in assigned locations/rotations to clean trash, dirty towels and any other debris to keep locations neat, clean and organized.
• Clean fitness center to standards. This includes dusting, mopping, organizing, wiping all areas including restroom, locker areas, steam and saunas.
• Clean pool deck and areas to standard. This includes picking up dirty towels, food trays, spilled food, drinks, straws and any debris to keep the pool deck clean.
• Open and close towel desk, pool and fitness areas per policy.
• Assist guests with sales and bookings of cabanas.
• Stock, clean and give appropriate customer service to cabanas, towel desk, fitness and pool areas.
• Assist guests with purchases, utilizing knowledge of price and selection of goods on hand.
• Fold and stock pool and fitness towels as needed.
• Assist with training of new hires.
• Assist guests who use the pool lifts.

• Basic fitness and pool knowledge a plus.
• CPR and first aid recommended, but not required.
• Minimum lifting of 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
