• Safely install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and electrical components according to project specifications and industry standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals to ensure accurate system setup
• Connect high voltage and low voltage electrical systems following NEC (National Electrical Code) guidelines while maintaining safety protocols
• Use hand tools and power tools, to facilitate installation tasks efficiently
• Perform fixture installation, wiring, grounding, and system testing to verify proper operation before project completion
• Conduct routine inspections of installed systems for quality assurance and troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues as needed
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project progression while adhering to safety standards including roofing safety practices

• Strong understanding of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems with experience in electrical experience or commercial electrician roles
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams essential for accurate installation
• Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) regulations governing solar electrical work
• Hands‑on experience with hand tools, power tools, roofing techniques, and solar installation processes
• Construction site experience with the ability to work safely at heights on roofs or elevated structures
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail in system troubleshooting and quality control
