Cold Tech Refrigeration is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technicians in the Reno area. We are a leading commercial service provider across the Intermountain West, supporting restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, schools, and industrial facilities.

Reno, NV. $35–$50 per hour (DOE). Weekly pay. Full benefits. Company vehicle (take‑home).

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Service rack systems, walk‑ins, reach‑ins, ice machines, and self‑contained units
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
• Repair and maintain restaurant hot‑side equipment (fryers, ovens, etc.)
• Communicate clearly with customers and document work performed
• Manage your service calls independently and efficiently

• 3+ years of commercial refrigeration service experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with rack systems preferred
• Restaurant hot‑side experience a plus (training available)
• EPA Certification (Type II minimum required) and OSHA 10
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Professional, customer‑focused attitude
