Maintenance Supervisor – Property Management

Reno, NV | $23–$30/hour + Mileage + Bonus Opportunities

We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing, family‑owned property management company in Reno. What You’ll Do
  • Manage all types of work orders for single‑family, multi‑family, and commercial properties from start to finish using App Folio (or similar software—we will train)
  • Coordinate with vendors, techs, and contractors to ensure timely, high‑quality repairs
  • Conduct move‑in, move‑out, quarterly, and semi‑annual inspections
  • Take marketing photos as needed
  • Install signs on properties
  • Install, track, and troubleshoot smart locks across the portfolio
  • Handle occasional light cleaning and miscellaneous handyman tasks to keep operations moving smoothly
  • Communicate with residents, owners, and vendors clearly and professionally
  • Review estimates, negotiate vendor pricing, and ensure quality work
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
  • Answer after‑hours emergency calls (company cell phone provided)
  • Other tasks as assigned
What You Bring
  • 3+ years in property maintenance management or coordination preferred
  • Strong handyman skills and a good understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
  • Tech‑savvy and familiar with property management software (or willing to learn)
  • Professional, ethical, and able to handle sensitive information
  • Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided) and valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual a plus

  • Mon–Thu: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Lunch 12:00–12:30)
  • Fri: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
