Duties:
- Maintain cosmetic esthetics of casino and upkeep of common areas.
- Maintain an orderly schedule of preventive maintenance in casino, restaurant, banquets and kitchen areas.
- Respond promptly to needs of company.
- Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions and exposure to shift supervisor.
- Annual completion of Respirator training and fit test.
- High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent required.
- Three or more years' experience in finish, rough or related carpentry trades.
- Able to understand blueprints and work with various woods, sheet rock, carpet, paint and laminate.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines pressures.
