Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

The Carpenter is responsible for maintaining and repairing the existing appearance of property and fixtures, assisting with in-house remodels and working with outside contractors on larger projects.

Duties:

* Maintain cosmetic esthetics of casino and upkeep of common areas.

* Maintain an orderly schedule of preventive maintenance in casino, restaurant, banquets and kitchen areas.

* Respond promptly to needs of company.

* Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions and exposure to shift supervisor.

* Annual completion of Respirator training and fit test.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent required.

* Three or more years' experience in finish, rough or related carpentry trades.

* Able to understand blueprints and work with various woods, sheet rock, carpet, paint and laminate.

* Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

* Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines pressures.
