The Landscaper is responsible for performing routine landscape maintenance services for commercial properties. This position requires hands-on experience with landscape equipment, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team to maintain high-quality site appearance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and debris cleanup
- Operate landscape equipment such as mowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and riding lawn equipment
- Assist with basic irrigation repairs including head replacement and minor line repairs
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all job sites
- Communicate with supervisors regarding site conditions or repair needs
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable landscape maintenance experience
- Proficient in the use of mowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and riding lawn equipment
- Basic irrigation repair knowledge
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate equipment for extended periods
Pay Range: $15 USD - $20 USD
