Assistant Maintenance Technician

Location: Reno, NV

Pay: $22/hr | Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or M-F 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with apartment and building maintenance tasks
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance
• Support HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting
• Complete work orders accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in apartment, building, or commercial maintenance
• Own tools required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
