About the Position

Location:

966 United Cir, Sparks, NV.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Pay Rate: $23/hour starting, may increase based on years of experience. Pay range: $20.31–$35.87 per hour. Bonus or incentive plan eligible.

Responsibilities
  • Perform appliance installation and learn custom appliance installations—training provided.
  • Accurately handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
  • Ensure installed appliances are damage‑free, meet manufacturer specifications, and are fully functioning.
  • Interact expertly and courteously with builders, designers and on‑site customers.
  • Attend company‑paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up‑to‑date on all product changes.
  • Provide driver duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in appliance delivery & installation.
  • Valid state‑issued driver license required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possession of a DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
  • HVAC and plumbing knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with lifting equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide “white glove” service.
  • Mechanical and carpentry skills and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with hand tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.
