Responsibilities:- Safely transport, set up, and operate Roof Maxx spray and cleaning equipment.
- Prepare roofs for application by cleaning, blowing off debris, and making minor repairs.
- Apply Roof Maxx treatment evenly and efficiently, following manufacturer and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites.
- Document project details and progress using the company CRM.
- Communicate with the production team and customers to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.
- Track and report time, materials, and job notes accurately.
- Attend ongoing safety and skill training sessions. Assist with other roofing and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs in varying conditions.
- Experience with small equipment (compressors, sprayers, drills, etc.) preferred.
- Valid Nevada driver's license preferred.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available if not yet obtained).
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail are a must!
