Duties:
- Maintain and repair cosmetic esthetics of casino, restaurants and upkeep of common areas.
- Read and interpret blueprints and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Maintain an orderly schedule of preventive maintenance in casino and restaurants.
- Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions and exposure to management.
- High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent preferred.
- Five or more years in tile installation and repair.
- Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines pressures.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
