Senior Appliance Repair Technician $25‑$35 per hour, $2000 signing bonus, FLEXIBLE working hours from M‑F 7:00 am‑6:00 pm with some weekend work as needed, NO UPSELLING, Paid Holidays, PTO and Annual Bonus! We are looking for a well‑rounded Senior Repair Technician knowledgeable in refrigerators, microwaves, washers, dryers, ovens and dishwashers.

• Complete Appliance Repairs with the highest standards
• Drive company vehicle safely and responsibly to and from customer locations
• Attend annual trainings
• Achieve your annual labor goal
• Maintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards
• Complete all required Training Certification and OEM/brand technician training
• Update work order status in a timely manner

• Minimum of 2‑5 years of experience as an appliance repair technician, including sealed system proficiency
• EPA (refrigerant handling) certification is required
• Ability to use basic hand tools and industry diagnostic and repair equipment (Volt‑ohm meter, Amprobe, CO detector, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with 5‑10 years of driving experience
• Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets that may be present in customers’ homes
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (if necessary)
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in Service Desk or similar reporting systems
