Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, riders, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access requirements, and applicable emergency response activities at a government transportation location;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor CCTV and/or alarm systems, document observations, and communicate concerns via radio, phone, and written reports;
Respond to incidents and critical situations with de-escalation and coordination with supervision and local law enforcement;
Control access points and verify credentials, screen for prohibited items, and maintain security logs and incident documentation
