Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and the public at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate with site contacts and local public agencies as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions and report concerns through established processes;
Complete required reports and logs, including incident and patrol activity reports, in accordance with site requirements
