Security Guard - Foot Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors and staff at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including requests for assistance, disturbances, medical calls, and/or fire and alarm activations;
Control access at designated entrances by checking credentials, directing visitors, monitoring for prohibited items per site policy, and helping to deter unauthorized entry;
Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to site contacts and/or public agency partners, and preserve areas for responding authorities when needed
