Provide customer service to location staff and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Control access at entrances and restricted areas by checking identification, monitoring visitor sign-in processes, and directing guests to appropriate locations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site leadership and local law enforcement as needed;
Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, document observations and/or interactions, and communicate relevant information during shift turnover
