• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, utilizing proper protocols for armed personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor access points and verify identification to help deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
• Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift as required by Allied Universal and the locationಘ.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when necessary, following established protocols for government sites.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to potential threats or emergencies, maintaining professionalism at all times while carrying a firearm as required by the post profile.

• At least one year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
