Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

• Wed 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas within the retail environment.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors by providing information and guidance as needed while maintaining a professional Allied Universal presence.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner as directed by site-specific policies.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
